About me

Operator, ex-founder, ex-CPA.

I'm Grace. I built Method Ops because I wish it existed when I was a founder. I cover startup finance & ops from end-to-end and I'm fluent across both crypto and traditional stacks.

I'm a former CPA, trained at Goldman Sachs. Recently, I was Operations Lead at Axiom.xyz (Series A ZK infrastructure), founding COO at e^{i} Ventures (venture studio), and Co-founder & CEO of omo, a stablecoin payments startup.

I've been a founder, and I've been an operator, so I am uniquely empathetic to founders and what they need from an ops person. That context is core to how I operate. You can reach me at gg@methodops.co.

How we work

Two ways to work together.

I work with a small number of startups at a time, so I can stay close to each one. Add-on projects like AI agents, fundraise data rooms, product UAT (user acceptance testing), etc. scoped separately.
